Refund policy

Change of mind

Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is yours. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened cosmetics on change of mind.

If something is wrong with the product

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Email us and we'll sort it out — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
